Welcome to my website and congratulations if you are pregnant or just had a baby.

Over the last 21 years, I helped over 6000 pregnancies and births through antenatal classes and pregnancy yoga, and over 5500 babies through baby massage and yoga. Whether you are looking for an antenatal class, pregnancy yoga, pregnancy massage or baby yoga and baby massage, I can help you.

There are many antenatal classes you can choose from but I would love you to join mine as they are down to earth, modern and fun. I cover so much content, which is endorsed by midwifes, and make it easy for you and your partner to understand in a non-judgemental way.

I have been to some classes where they tell you that your birth has got to be like this or if you choose to bottle feed your baby you are failing as a mum. What??? No, you and your partner have choices, and I will fully inform you of all the options so you can feel empowered to make your own decisions. I guarantee you will both feel so relieved you have attended my classes - which I have won an award for and are fully endorsed by midwifes and doctors.

Pregnancy Yoga is a wonderful class and a time to meet other expectant mums. It's relaxing and reenergising and great fun. You will ease any aches and pains and you even go to sleep at the end!

Likewise you will love Baby Massage and Baby Yoga. These classes are so beneficial for you and your baby. I will give you valuable information on sleep, feeding, teething and developmental steps. Your baby will feel so settled that they will fall asleep afterwards so you can enjoy some "me time". You will also meet other mums who know exactly what it's like to have a new baby. But don't worry as I am here to help you both.
