Service Description

In one class, Emma will help those who have given birth before. She will bring you up to speed with current birthing options, whether you are a planning a home or hospital birth. She will also refresh you with labour and birthing techniques and cover any questions you had from your previous birth(s). Emma is sympathetic to all past birthing experiences and will help you to look positively for this pregnancy and birthing journey.
