Session Five:
Recap on last week.
Breast feeding - lets talk about how it works. Specialist Breast Feeding will be answering your questions and demonstrating.
Baby First Aid - let's cover the basics in a non-scary way, so you feeling reassured and confident.
Let's take a moment and talk about how we are feeling with all the information we have learnt over the last five sessions.

Session Six:
It's social time down the pub.....Yes we will be eating a meal together to form new friendships and to relax.
​
Session Seven:
Reunion with babies - 6 -8 weeks after everyone has given birth. A chance to meet up
and ask Emma any postnatal/babyquestions.
​
The classes are held either in Saffron Walden, Stansted, Cambridge and Wendens Ambo
which is 1 mile outside of Saffron Walden. The halls are warm, comfortable and cosy an has
car parking for ease. Emma also supplies refreshments and snacks, Handouts and information
to take home is available.
Payment can be made by BACs or credit card and can either be paid in full or in two instalments.
