Service Description

Want to regain your strength and core after birth? Emma will teach you specific exercises and stretches to help ease any aches and pains, mend the pelvic floor and strengthen your tummy and core muscles. This class is suitable for anyone who has given birth in the last 16 months. You need to be 8 weeks post birth and you can either attend alone or with your baby next to you. Its also a great way to socialise with other mums. Held at Great Chesterford Community Centre, which has free parking. For more details contact Emma Stevens. She has helped over 8000 pregnancies and postnatal mums and has a wealth of experience and knowledge to help you.
