These classes are up to date informing parents of their choices for labour and birth. We will cover: Pregnancy Care Preparing for birth and labour Choices of birth Stages of labour and how to cope Labour positions and how to speed it up. Roles of the partners so they feel useful Postnatal care of both parents How to look after your baby(s) with information on sleep, changing nappy, feeding choices (no judgement), bathing and general information. Emma has helped over 6250 pregnant ladies and couples and babies. Her teaching is modern, non-judgemental, fair and fun! She welcomes everyone. These classes are held in either Saffron Walden or Wendens Ambo (1 mile outside of Saffron Walden). Both halls are warm, comfortable and cosy with amble parking. You can either pay by BAC or Card and either in full or two instalments for ease. The halls have a ramp for any disabilities. Hot, cold drinks and snacks provided. Trained by midwives and birthing specialists and inspected by the Federation of Antenatal and Childbirth Trust. Emma is here to help you.
